See... THAT is what most of these people aren't figuring out.

Look at Galloperas, for example. You have about 5 people per map at any given time. They all get a small slice of the map, so they can wait for a group of 3-5 monsters to spawn, kill, then wait for re-spawn. They often have to wait for 10 seconds after kill just to get the re-spawn. And to make matters worse, other players (thinking they deserve to train there more than someone else) will attempt to bully people out of even THAT slow-moving spawn.

Like other people have said, you can go elsewhere to a monster at your level range that these people don't consider and level faster there than the "better", but extremely overhyped and overcrowded location... not to mention that it's FAR less stressfull.

So, yes... you are right. These people are mindless sheep, flocking around 2 or 3 maps instead of trying to branch out and do their own research.

But you know what? That's fine! It means the people who actually think for themselves are rewarded by uncrowded maps with solid (and in most cases better) training.

Then name a map that gives descent exp. At least 30-40% per hour.

Well it depends on the class you are, if you're a fast/strong CK or explorer class you should be fine at those places.
And when they say truckers/galloperas are good exp, they really aren't lying...I went 45-55 there within an hr and a half last night.

I would go to those places, but they're horribly packed. And full of Maple's worst too. That's why my Ranger is at Magatia.

No it's not. I went to robos at 60, got about 1 level every half hour, due to spawn alone. Jesters from 70-80 (just hit, btw) with a party of 2-3, and got 6 levels in almost 1-2 hours. If Ks'ers hadn't come through every 5 minutes, my brother and I would've levelled an additional 30-40%. People need to understand that just because something is popular, doens't mean it's the greatest. Sometimes, solitary grinding beats out being KS'ed on a set interval.

Gallos give the same exp that lv.138 do and have 1/4 of the hp, go for the same for truckers...they have the best hp/exp ratio. Now would you rather level slow or fast and human nature is instinctively want the fastest way.

So you're telling me that REXTON a lv 133 monster that gives 2600exp and I sometimes also miss them and have to hit like 1-3 times in order to kill it (using canon) is much BETTER than gallos which is a map filled with monsters that I can easily 1hko with lv 1 torp, not to mention the great spawn and the 2500 exp per monster?

how did know this thread would go over the ksing in the overpopulated maps without even reading this.

At gallos i was gaining about 50%/hr due to the amount of people when I would have got 130%ish alone.. However I moved to one of the empty ghost ship map, which was much weaker monsters but with a solid spawn rate, and gained just over 100%/hr.. So yeah, overcrowded = bad training overall

I try to go on different spots, ima go ludi once i hit lvl 110 or get my pot Gear. It has fairly good exp and a nice Spawn. Galloperas can kiss my smelly back thingy
