Banned for no reason? So I was training at scarecrows alone in the map. My maplestory crashed with no error so I restarted it. I went to log in and it says I was banned by the maplestory GM's for hacking. But I am only banned for 10 minutes? Wtf?

What is wrong with my account I got an email on my phone saying urgent that my account was being hijacked or some load of crap and that I needed to change my password. I know they send you these emails when a suspicious IP trys to log in. I went to maplestory.com and tried to log in and it says that this IP location was banned and I have to contact customer support. So then I went to my email and clicked the link they gave me to reset my password and I go and try to reset it and I get an error when submiting it. Then I get another email saying urgent someones trying to hack your account. Wtf is wrong its just a giant loop.

Not on Rankings anymore? So I went to try and update my character and it says that it is no longer on the nexon rankings. I checked the nexon rankings and they are right, I am not there. Why did I get taken off the rankings? I have never been banned. I only got like a random 10 minute ban once a couple days ago. How do I get myself back on the rankings?
