Is it possible to have a gif for wallpaper?

I want the gif to move in the background. This is the first time I am daring to attempt this.
So for example, I want url=http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/8619/2204355.s(w)f
basil won't let me say those three letters at the end, get rid of the parenthesis

You can convert the swif to .avi and then set it as your background on Microsoft Windows 7. It will also play whatever audio is associated with it, so if you wish for no audio, you must manually edit the file to play no audio / remove the audio entirely. Be aware that this takes considerable resources from the central processor to upkeep, though it will often pause it for you when using 3D applications.[/quote]

ahh, sorry I get those confused.
But @everyone: Thanks

I don't think you can. I know I had a gif background back when I had windows 98 but not ever since
