I forgot to ask about the Windows OS. Oh well. I have them listed at the bottom of this post.

I'm not entirely sure how I should approach your options for graphics. The XFX Radeon HD 5450 you were looking at is actually weaker than the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 built into the i5. I am conflicted on whether this build should not use a video card and save money or vice versa. If it turns out you don't need a Windows OS, then I will examine the options for the DVD drive because Amazon requires at least $25 in the cart to get free shipping. The current sales tax rate for California is 7.25% which is not deductible by rebates.

The rationale for the changes marked in (*):
-The motherboard you were looking at wouldn't have been able to overclock the i5-3570K
-The Hyper 212 PLUS heatsink allows better temperature control with an overclocked i5-3570K
-The power supply is cheaper and more reliable (thanks qwan)
-The hard drive is faster
-I've provided Amazon.com links to the Windows OSs and the DVD-drive because of the free shipping option

$72 (shipped) Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102988
I've looked over the changes and changed the motherboard, PSU, HDD, and video card. I've also added the CPU cooler and everything all together managed to cost under $700. I'm going to make the order tonight. Thank you so much for your help
The parts are technically compatible, but the build is not balanced. In addition, you aren't taking advantage of deals because many of those parts don't have free shipping and only two of them are actually on sale.

I'm not willing to make changes to your list yet because I don't know what is your intent. Answering as many of the following questions will help me further understand what you want:

What state do you live in? (for calculating sales tax)
What is your budget?
Would you like to save money or do you want to spend as much of your budget as possible?
Do you already have a monitor, keyboard, and/or mouse? If you have a monitor, what is its screen resolution?

How much hard drive space do you want?
What games do you play or want to play?
Are there any other games you play or want to play?
What other programs do you use?

Are you interesting in overclocking the processor, the video card, or both?
Do you have any preferences or restrictions for a computer case?

Mention any other special requests you may have. Be detailed.
I'm more than willing to have some changes to my list. I just checked my shopping cart and 4 of the parts are on sale and I'm saving about $100 (which is a decent save for me) o.o

To answer your questions:

- I live in California
- My budget would be under $700
- Saving money would be nice
- I already have a keyboard/mouse. As for the monitor, I was planning to connect my desktop to an LCD TV via HDMI

- 750gb hard drive space would be sufficient
- I plan to use this desktop for browsing and light gaming so nothing like Skyrim or BF3. At the most, I would play Phantasy Star Online 2 or Dragon Nest. Maybe throw in a few emulators to play Zelda and other nintendo games.
- I use video/audio editing programs such as Ableton Live and Sony Vegas 10. I have an external soundcard so audio is not much of a problem.

- I'm interested in overclocking the processor, not so much the graphics card
- I'm only limited to mid tower ATX cases, but I'm set on the case above just because of the nice design lol

I made sure each part was at least 4+ stars because there's nothing I hate more than a DOA item or something that only lasts a week. Those are probably once in a blue moon situations but it still concerns me and reviews have helped me in the past.

What are planning on doing this computer exactly? Are you going to overclock? If you are gaming, what games you wish to play? Edit: Better yet, answer that^

The Rosewill Stallion is not a quality unit. It's a poor passive PFC unit made by Solytech.
I would recommend getting the Corsair CX430v3, especially if you do the MIR. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026&Tpk=Corsair%20430w

I would recommend getting this HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840
If you want to keep yours, then I would see if you can invest in a SSD to be used as your primary drive for your OS and programs.
