Bannedstory skil question
OK, so when I use bannedstory and I click one of the skills, only a book shows. How do I get the actual skill effect?

OK, so when I use bannedstory and I click one of the skills, only a book shows. How do I get the actual skill effect?

Across the bottom of the page, there is a gray box. Beside "state", scroll down to your preference option and either adjust the frames where the "0" is, up or down, or click on the "animate" button. Both of these are found to the left of "state"
