Question about Anvil in Cs

So i have a question about CS new item, the anvil. Can we use the appearance of an item that have already been fused on another items?
For example, If I buy a work glove with the appearance of the Hero's Gloves (Dojo's best gloves), could I put the hero's glove's appearance on my raven horn gloves or I would have get the real one (which I cant -.-) Also, does the effect appears with fused gloves ( the 2 little dragons )
