It comes out when Warriors and Magicians get Hyper Skills.

why would you quit Empress set with addition of a Shoulder ._. the 6 Set effect is still Boss
I want it. I refuse to get the new level 150 equips and Tyrant. >.<
And they should add in more boss % dmg with all 7 pieces. Just saiyan. :-(
if we follow kms when the next set of hypers comes out so will the shoulders
