Do soul teddies EVER drop 'em, I've been looking for 2 hours at 4X drop, can someone give me an example of how long it took them?

If you were looking for them on that night lord...then tough luck. Exp and drop rates decrease as the level gap between you and the monster increase, and eventually no items will drop from that monster.
