hey people who work out
as part of a new years resolution i quit smoking, drinking hard alcohol, started running on my treadmill and I'm attempting to kick my fast food addiction (yes, i'm addicted to mcdonalds)
however what do you do when you cheat? I still want to go out for lunch with my friends on occasion, so do you just let it slide, or should I be running that much more to work off that big mac? thankfully I'm not addicted to any substances so those were easy to drop, but in this moment there's nothing more that I would like than hitting the mcdanks drive through

If you decide that you want to eat fast food like once or twice a month, that's not that bad.
One bad meal won't destroy a healthy diet

ghh why would you start. at first it's awesome and you get a nice little buzz, but then you get addicted and chain smoke like a fiend

i do make my own food, I just mean everyone once in a while. my friends live like 2 minutes away from a danks and we go there all the time

Just don't go as much to McDonalds I guess. If you're craving for McDonalds, just eat at home till you don't feel hungry anymore D:
