How to increase my phantoms range with 1b?
edit: my phantom is lvl 155 & dexless
I have 1bill in pure mesos, and my phantom's range is 13005 ~ 16256 buffed.
My current equips are.

lvl 80 pants

lvl 40 belt 4% luk
10 att wg
2% luk cape
6% luk earrings
crusader shoulder 1/1/1/1 +1 w.att
ABR
Evo Ring III lvl 10
Platinum cross ring 3/3/3/3 +1 w.att
Epinea's ring 2/2/2/2 +1 w.att

with 1b how can i increase my range ?

full empress set potted 3l ea[no wep]
thatll be nothing more than 500m-600m
get rest of evos
and just save up and slowly cube ur equips to 6%
abuse events and such or merch. and slowly increase that range.
itll take time and work but mostly dedication. up to you

im assuming without cape and weapon
because with cape thief sets are the cheapest
our capes actually drop so it doesnt cost 1+ bil
if you dont have the books get them cuz i have way more than that buffed and i dont even have a lot of luk and cane att
Improve that cape... You could get a balloon, only like 40m
Scroll that shoulder, and also get some pot on those pants.
I'm not so sure if others will agree with me, but get an Empress set (without the cane unless you can actually afford it).
I would get 12% crafted earrings since they are so cheap. A top would be nice since it has no % luk, and try going for 6%. You should also get the other evo rings (I and II).
I'm not to sure about anything else, that's all that i could think of.
