Lol Customer Support?

What on earth is "feedback received"? O.o

That's the status of my ticket lol ;p

Under actions it says "Routed to Queue". Anyone know what [i]that[/i] means?

The comment is just:

[Edit] - Wait nevermind i failed ..
I reailzed i sent to it "Feedback" regarding 'Customer support'. Guess there are a bunch of other people complaining about customer service too, haha xD

They just randomly closed my previous ticket, told me to check the "solution given" which was "nexon will investigate this matter blablablabla".

So they meant,

"We received the feedback you sent, thank you.
It has been re-routed to this line of a bunch of other complaint mails that other people have sent too.
This is another automated message."
