The Five Hero Feathers
How do you get these? My lumi is well over level 70, and I never got this event. Been playing the stupid guy since they came out. I see them all over the place right now, and I feel sorta cheated.

Bah. Oh well. I have the lumi hot time hat. Seems better from what I looked up anyways. Thanks for the replies.
You can only get them if they're created after the Kaiser patch.
