No, no, I'm pretty sure you can.
It's just that I saw the coupon for it in the fm a few days ago, and I'd rather buy that than getting the evan hair randomly.
They were obtained from the Renegades gem event that ended a few days ago. You needed NX to get it.
Does this mean you can't get evan hair from hene with reg hair coupons now?
And don't they come from crystal scales or something?
