My problem with MapleStory

So this is sort of just another rant thread, but I just wanted to express what I feel that there are large problems associated with this game and I just wanted to point them out from my point of view, so if your too lazy to read this then feel free to troll or whatever. First of all, I find a problem with the growing antisocial aspect to this game. I remember back when pirates were first released in GMS that I would hang out with a few other brawler bros, (all of whom I had never met IRL) and we would quest and explore MS together. But now, with the huge rush for leveling and the constant output of new classes, it's really hard to meet new people online and actually do things with them, unless you know them IRL. And guilds rarely last so that's kind of pointless. Second, I find that the constant creation of new classes, as opposed to adding in new bosses, continents, revamping some of the older classes, really causes some problems for the much older classes, especially adventurers. Such as the new cygnus knight "revamps", which are more like new classes completely outclass the adventurer class, in both animation style and damage. Third, and most importantly, I find problems with the way of funding in MapleStory. I understand that the added potential system in the game really crudely widens the gap between funded and nonfunded due to NX spending, however I do understand that Nexon is a company and needs cash to stay in business. My problem with this is the extent to which the NX changes the range of damage. Having potential that triples or quadruples ones main stat is incredibly excessive and requires players who want that sort of damage to pay through the nose to get it. I feel that by reducing the bonuses from the NX potentials, it would change this game back to an [b]MMO[/b]RPQ instead of Solostory. Thanks for reading or whatever. Bye.
