Bored random rant about Dispel So I'm at Pap in mu lung pq, and he friggin dispels, and it takes me like 10 friggin seconds to get all my buffs back up. Is it just me or do paladins have way too many buffs to keep up? we have, weapon booster, lightning charge, fire/ice/holy charge, power guard, maple warrior, combat orders, iron body, and power stance that's like 8 buffs! meh, it's bad enough at Czak, I spent more time buffing than actually attacking when it was dispelling every 10 seconds Czak would be dispel and I'd be like, ok, time to rebuff, so I get halfway through buffing and he dispels again and I'm like, dammit, restart. Then he dispels again! *rage*
Rethinking my LHC skillbuild I started maxing Heaven's Hammer ever since LHC came out because it would supposedly increase my exp rate significantly. But now that I've gotten HH to level 28 (w/CO), I'm starting to figure that it's not really worth it Whacking away at a mob with ACB does about 1m dmg per monster for me in about 6-7 seconds or so, and in LHC there's rarely an opportunity to use HH on more than 5 monsters (And I spend an extra 6 seconds or so positioning myself to get them all) . I figured I might be better off maxing guardian and then achilles if there's ever another SP reset event, then leaving HH for last in my skillbuild. -Especially since i might start doing HTPQ runs Has anyone else seen that much of a exp increase in us
Tips on getting my grimy hands on a purty Achilles 30 book? I guess this sorta applies to a bunch of mastery books, but, I haven't bought a skill book for my Paladin in YEARS (given that I hoarded everything EXCEPT achilles 30 pre BB when they were all like 2m each). I looked up where Achilles 30 drops and apparently it's solely from mystery books......seems a bit hard for me to believe I've been searching FM for a week now and I've yet to see an Achilles 30, and I'm not sure if I wanna play roulette with mystery books given how poor ingame I am. If one does show up how cheap would it be? Do you guys have any tips? It's literally the last skill I need maxed haha, and I guess the 50% success rate isn't very comforting either....
Old paladin returning, tips on re-funding gears? So... I've been inactive for almost 2 years now, with on and off logins every 3 or so months (I've gotten around 7 AP resets so far =D) Is the gearing up process still the same as it was back then? As in, buying mass miracle cubes and hoping for %str stats, and then using equip enhancements. I do remember something about new scrolls that give +wattk to any equip but I have no idea how those work or whether it's feasible for me to obtain any. I'm currently at something around 85% str and I have no idea what my weapon attack is, but I have around 24k and 25k range with my 1H and my 2H swords..... Funding, zilch. lol. Which brings me to another point. Is there any boss raid I could farm for drop
Coming back, need help on funding So, I essentially quit 7 months ago (Last June), and now that I've come back I need to refund myself....level 184 paladin I'm currently running around with 24.4k range clean with my 1H VIP, and 25.2k range with my 2H reverse nibleheim (30% boss) 88% str "unfinished" equips - 6% str 0 wattk 3 line epic timeless shield, 7 slots 3 line RARE 1H VIP sword, 1 enhancement - I've been unwilling to cube this because it has 15% def ignore somehow 3 line rare 15 wattk reverse gloves 0 slots 2% allstat 3 line epic spec goggles 1 slot 8 wattk 8% str PAC 0 slots Everything else is pretty much 12% str unique or something I also have a 12% str boots, I've been hearing a lot about 27 wattk shoes? I don't have a go
I've no idea on what to do for an endgame weapon :X So, I'm really leaning towards 1H weapons because paladins got that whole defense snazz going for them with shields, but at the same, time, 2H BWs seems to be a good choice as well because of all the 2H 50% scrolls running around at the moment. I could go 2H but then I would lose shield mastery/guardian (useless as they may seem now), and I like 1H speed =]. I could go 1H but then I'd have no idea on how to scroll... Currently I have - maybe about 200-300m in funding, a bunch of NX saved up for Black Friday (so no worries about getting good potential) I nabbed 2 crushed skulls from cwkpq, both are 117 attk clean, 1 is a 3 liner and the other is 2 :X. Have an unlimited amount of 60% scrolls
Endgame weapon thread So, I did make a previous post about the same topic, somewhat o.O I currently have a 3 line rare 129 wattk 9 str crushed skull ( no slots), and I've been wondering if I should invest the money to cube it - I do have two other clean crushed skulls that I've been saving for some sort of awesome pink scroll event, but I don't know when one will be available.... So my question is, do you guys think cubing my current weapon will be a good idea? It'll theoretically be worth less later on when I scroll an endgame weapon, but the problem is that I'm not exactly sure when I'll be able to do that. Most people seem to think that a 140+ wattk is better, but since I'm at 129.... :X
Macroing Heaven's Hammer So I've got to ask... Does anyone figure why HH can't be macroed? I tried adding it so I'd say "BANHAMMER" whenever I used it but apparently that's not possible. I do remember macroing Genesis on my bishop so I don't think it's necessarily because HH is an ultimate attack....
HH on bosses can actually kill? So, I used HH yesterday on the MM boss in CWKPQ when it had a sliver of HP left... and it died o.O ( I got white experience points) So, does anyone else think that this can happen? Or am I a crazy nut

Scrolling a 1H sword Dx So, um, I recently bought a 1H VIP sword in an attempt to go 1H, being a Paladin and all. But, I'm starting to get impatient and I've really no idea what to do..... T_T Currently have - 20 Vega 10%s about 1b in funding, more as time passes I suppose.... 1 vega 60% o.O 1 clean 116 (under avg i know) VIP sword, 3 line rare. 158 wattk 3 line unique Reverse Nibleheim. 3 line rare clean Timeless Kite Shield I was thinking about trying to get Pam songs to use with the Vegas, but I'm starting to lose hope that there'll be a Pam Song event before my Vegas expire (mid-July), and I don't think I can really rely on the bday surprise boxes to supply me with enough Pam Songs, unless I were to somehow buy a hundred of them >_&g

New animations for CB Woo we're getting updated animations for Charged Blow =D And Heaven's Hammer as well ^_^ Albeit like very many months from now D= Nvm I got ninja'd LOL
Some equips to upgrade So I've been planning to replace 1 of 4 equips that I have - Red Belt, clean 6% str black gaia cape 11 wattk MoN 10 wattk lita gloves I'm not sure which to go with, especially since in Galicia these equips don't turn up very often in FM =/ I have about 1b meso in funding and possibly more if i sell some helms, as well as up to 50k NX Any tips on which one would be most efficient for my mesos?
