Measuring and observing particles changes them. What the hell does that even mean. Why
Is it just me? Is it just me, or is visiting "poodle" on wikipedia making anyone else's browser crash? Click this, and then click poodle. I thought it was an isolated incident, but it's made FF crash a good 3 times in a row O_o

Chemistry Clarification. Thats it "In a student lab, 60.0mL of 0.700mol/L sodium hydroxide solution was neutralized with 40.0mL of excess sulfuric acid solution. The temperature increased by 5.6 C." Calculate the molar enthalpy of neutralization for calcium hydroxide. I got -44.6 kJ/mol as the answer, but my textbook has -5.57 kJ/moL. I'm wondering if I'm wrong, or if this is just another one of my textbook's many typos.

People with any knowledge of Honda problems. The car in question is a 2005 Honda Accord with a K24A4 engine equipped with a 5-speed manual. This particular one has just under 250k km on it. The problem is, that when it is driving, it starts to give some sort of "bucking" sensation. Like the power disappears momentarily, and then comes back. This has only happened today (however, an engine warning light came on yesterday) Spark plugs are brand new. Driveshafts are new Oil is going to be changed soon. Any idea on what else could be wrong with it?
Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer Crashing. If you read/saw my thread yesterday, you'd be aware of my previous problem with the "virus." Now, I have a new problem, that may or may not be related to this previous problem. It has to do with Windows Explorer, and Internet Explorer both crashing, randomly. Windows Explorer seems to crash and restart itself without provocation. I'm listening to a song on Windows Media Player for example, letting the computer idle, and Windows Explorer will just crash and restart itself, during which point, I'm not able to switch between applications. Internet Explorer crashing and restarting itself is simply baffling me. I don't even use Internet Explorer, however it's (iexplorer.exe*32, as well a
Another career thread I made one last year or something. I'm making one again, since I'm gonna be applying to uni and stuff in a few weeks. And I wanna get some last minute suggestions. Ya feel me? K So. Here is some stuff about me My midterm marks: AP Chemistry - 94 AP Biology - 93 Advanced Functions - 91 English - 97 I enjoy visual arts (pencil, drawing, watercolors, charcoal, pastels, some sculpture), and many people say that my drawings (pencil and pastel) are pretty good. My favorite sciences are chemistry and physics. I am very attentive to detail. I enjoy debating and writing. I dislike public speaking, though I'm not necessarily bad at it. I dislike math (stuff we do in math class.) I enjoy working alone more than working in groups.
G1 Exit Test Tips G2 Test Title. I'm doing my G1 exit test for my G2 tomorrow. This is a driving test, for those who don't know. Is there anything in particular I should know, or anything I should be careful of? This is in Ontario btw.

iPods and Syncing Before anyone says, "omg lol ipod," it was a gift. And it works well enough. So I haven't had it replaced. Ok. So I have about 5000 songs and yes, I listen to all of them. There are songs I no longer listen to that I need to get to deleting, but they aren't included in my estimate. Anywho, this iPod has an 8 GB capacity, and as such, only holds about 1000 songs at a time. I was wondering if there was a way for songs to sync randomly or something so that every time I open up iTunes while my iPod is plugged in, new songs are shuffled in and out at random. The only way I can think of doing it is manually...
Rock VS. Rap. Which do you prefer? A question that has been asked before. But I'm interested in knowing people's opinions. The reason why this is not a poll, is because I'm not interested in which preference is the majority I'm interested in your reason for the preference. Any reasons for your preference are welcome. I just ask of you not to make this personal and begin attacking the preferences of others for petty reasons. Post away, fellow Chat Islanders! And remember, post reasons for your preference.
A question about protease Now, before any of you suggest I Google it, I did, it isn't there. Asking my teacher? I did, and she completely misunderstood my question (or didn't know the answer). Now, my question is regarding protease, the enzyme that breaks down proteins into amino acids. Enzymes are proteins, yes. Protease is an enzyme that breaks down proteins. How or why is it that protease doesn't break itself down?
