Is it worth making a Cygnus pre-revamp?
I've just started a Wind Archer to get to Level 120 before the revamp, now I assume that we will get the necessary SP reset and nothing will mess up by having an existing WA, right?

Yes, all classes that has been revamped will get their SP reset.
