Elemental decrease for IL This is kind of a dumb questions, but will iced based skills still freeze mobs while elemental decrease is activated, when maxed? I tested it at level 1, and it still freezes the mobs im training on. But thats only a 10% decrease. If it was maxed, it would reduce the element by 100%, completely removing the effect of the ice element from my attack. So would it still freeze mobs? Also, if i use elemental decrease, will the penalty for not using the correct element apply the to my elewand? Thanks in advance x)
