Is this sspsb worth it?
it's like 147 or 148 atk sspsb (i forgot the exact atk but it's something like that for sure<<<
it is 3l rare 12atk the other 2 are bad pot
enhanced 5 times i believe
empty socket (ill tag a 15% pdr neb if i get it)
it's for 888m
is this worth it?
OT: should I always go for str% or w.atk first?

That psb sucks. It has 5 enhances on it already and it's 3L rare. You can get better PSB's with unique good pot for 1b+. You're spending at least 3/4 the money of a good psb for a crappy one. Might as well be patient.
I wouldnt, that sounds like a horrible deal imo.

@vin30603cent: haha, aim for w.atk and %boss on weapon but %str on armor. And that psb seems normal tbh but for a few extra hundred mil u could get a decent partisan
You could get a unique pot psb for 1.2bil and a epic pot one with that sort of pot for around 800-1bil. This is in windia of course, so prices may vary.
