Which Helmet is Better For Damage?

Hey guys I was wondering which helmet would help my damage more, a 27 Dex 27 Luk 1 Att Raven Horn Chaser Hat or the event hat that gives NLs 5 ATT and 15 Dex and Luk. At first I thought the obvious choice was the event hat because it had 4 more weapon attack but now im wondering, with my 38% Luk would the extra 12 LUK given by the raven horn chaser hat be better than the extra 4 attack given by the event hat? And also I don't have any other raven horn chaser items so that isn't a factor. Thanks fro your help
