Help me please-- I'll draw y'all if y'all help me on each question

.) Why is it necessary to find the distance between Gene B and Gene C on a chromosome map?
.) Suppose that there were genes-- X, Y ,and Z-- on a chromsome-- how would you find their arrangment?
.) Suppose that a gene-- Q-- was located near the end of the chromsome. You know that in addition to Gene Q, there are many other genes on the chromosome. How would recombination data allow one to predict that gene Q was located closest to the end of the chromsome
.) What conclusion might I draw if no recombination occurred between two genes that are known to be located on the same chromsome?
.) Why does crossing-over only occur in organisms that reproduce sexually?
