Mastery Book Help Please
So I came back to MS recently, so I'm a bit confused on these Mastery Book things. I just had a few questions on them...
1. Do I need to get the "20" version before getting the "30" version (i.e. Do i need to get Cleaver 20 before getting Cleaver 30 for a Hayato?)
2. Should I be getting Mastery Books for every single skill I have?
3. Should I cap out a skill before getting the mastery book? (i.e. Should I reach a skill point of 10 for Cleaver before getting a mastery book, or should I just reach the min. skill point of 5 before getting one?)
