Modifying skill builds due to Empress set?
After finally getting my hands on an Empress set, I notice one of the effects to be Skill levels +2. Considering I will likely use the Empress set from now on, I was thinking about only maxing my skills (at least, the non-core ones) to 28 to take advantage of this +2 bonus; this'd let me use the points on something else (not that Illusion Step is really that useful, but it can't hurt to take advantage of this bonus). Has anyone else done this with their characters, or are you still sticking to the builds before with maxing each skill?

Then, how many of you with the Empress sets have modified your builds to factor in the SP boost? Is it worth it, in your opinion?
It doesn't level up over the max level.

The empress effects is similiar to Combat Orders, it adds levels (this means your skill can go up to lvl 22 or lvl 32)...... but idk, that's what I thought
4th Job skills are different; their max is Lv32

From what I've seen, only with Combat Orders, but potential-based or set-based skill level boosts will not.
@rydog if you could get a skill reset, would you reset your skills to 27 then so as to have all skills maxed?

Not with empress set
OT: I didn't get empress set until around 170 so a lot of my skills were maxed. When I got the set, however, I left all my unmaxed skills at 27 (I also have +1 from leafre codex bonus)
