Not enough boss ?
I'm a 200 kaiser.
I have 87% boss and 85% PDR.
I hit 600k noncrit and 800k crit on regular monsters.
I hit 350k noncrit and 550k crit on pb/hilla (and damage reducing bosses; how exactly does that work again?)
I hit 800k noncrit on "all other bosses" and USUALLY cap on crit.
Why am I not capping on "all other bosses?"
Shouldn't I be capping crits 100% of the time and even noncrits despite higher defense? (800k x 1.87 = 1.496m; 600k x 1.87 = 1.122m)
Also if anyone in Scania is interested in 15% att 6% dmg emblem, I'm selling for 3.5b (or offer me if too high) and I'm buying a 15%+ crit emblem.

Empress, Pink Bean, Hilia, Root Abyss bosses, etc. have a passive 50% damage resistance to all types of damage.
This automatically cuts your damage in half no matter how much ignore PDR you have.
Empress and Pink Bean also have an innate 70% PDR as well.
Since you only have 85% ignore PDR, you only ignore 85% of their PDR, so your damage will be further reduced unless you have 100% PDR.
Note that Kaiser's main attacks Gigas Wave and Wing Beat only have a % damage of 200% (240% with Hypers).
The speed/amount of hits compensates for the somewhat low % damage it deals.
Basically, don't expect to cap damage with "decent" fundings like Evans do.
If want to cap on all bosses, you'll probably want:
+100% or more bossing damage (30% from weapon, 30% from secondary weapon, 30% from empress set, 10% from Demon Slayer Link)
+100% ignore PDR, This helps A LOT at high defensive bosses such as Empress, Hilia, and Pink Bean.
-How to get 100% PDR: 30% from leafre set, 40% from unbreakable will, 10% from luminous link skill, 10% from Lv 100 ambition, and ignore PDR Neb.
+More attack and STR, Yes, having a perfectly scrolled/enhanced weapon increases your damage a lot. Str % potential + neb potential helps in the long run.
+All equips scrolled for attack with str % potential. (You'll want bossing damage for your Nova Truth Essence and % attack/total damage for your emblem)
+One of the following inner abilities at S-Rank: Bossing Damage, Attack, or Critical Rate
+All link skills/future link skill linked to your Kaiser
+Lv 30 Empress Blessing for a free 30 attack.
+Character cards that increase your overall damage. (Kaiser, Buccaneer, Paladin)
Try Epinea. You will rage
@Chopsuey those are for bosses with physical resistance. What about czak and gb boss or ht etcetc.
Mainly because they have physical resistance which will reduce your overall damage by half.
