I've been looking for a Metallic Arm Knuckle(Level 113) for weeks does it drop from any monster or does anyone in CYMK have it?

its not a monster drop that knuckle was a reward from the wheel of marvels
But which monster do I hunt?
Is that one of those NX weapon-like things that are weapons?
You need to be around lv 113 (Or the monster's level, i don't remember.) or else the monster will NEVER drop.
