SPECIAL Revolution Crossbow.
I'm saying the SPECIAL one is trash, not the normal one.
It adds the same amount as the normal Revolution Crossbow, so 2~2/3 (not sure, it seems that you can actually get 2~3 in GMS)
So no, even if you level it up, it's still trash.
