Buff Mastery work for phantom?
Now def not the best 4th job skill to steal by any means at all if at all but i was just curious if it would actually increase the duration of the stolen buffs?

If one is willing to do the work...then there was effectively never a nerf for it...apart from the skill swapping and the damage reduction - who uses stolen attack skills?
The best thing about it is the fact that it adds duration to your card buffs
so yay for 45 sec of 20% drop/crit XD

@taimega2007 then why was it available for me to steal when i used my steal skill on a bishop
