Ap Credits question? This is going to be pretty broad, but I don't understand something: Let's say you aren't majoring in anything related to history. In high school, if you don't get an AP history credit, does that mean you will have to take that class in college? Or is the credit some different elective / gen-ed. you have to have to graduate college? Anyways, if you are in a lot of honors/ap classes with sports/clubs/a job, how do you manage your time? Thanks
Algebra Word Problem help please? (T chart format) "Bob is setting up a drink sand on Monday to raise money. He is hoping to make a profit of at least $558 from selling drinks. They sell each cup for $0.50. However, each plastic cup costs $0.10 to supply. He also sells cookies for $0.80 each. A. They sell the same number of cups as cookies. How many plastic cups and cookies need to be sold to earn a total of $558. B. Each plastic cup holds 12 oz of cider. Using answer from A, how many gallons does Bob need to buy for the sale? This is what I did so far ( it might be wrong ) .5x + .8x - .1x = 558 1.2x = 558 divide each side by 1.2 x = 465 I don't know what to do next. I tried dividing 465 by 2, but that doesn't work out. How to make the most of youth? Growing up is inevitable, unless you die before you do grow up. Anyways, I've been thinking lately and yes, this is sappy, but it seems as if yesterday, I was riding a tricycle. I was also cleaning out my closet and saw how small I was ( A shirt from early elementary school fit, but was very tight :) ) Childhood is fast. I want to make the most of it. It saddens me to think that I will (might) be 60 one day with very elderly or deceased parents. So how can I make the most of it? I have a couple of years before the "big boy" (college) years come.

What do you do besides using the computer for free time? Most of us here probably use the computer a whole lot. I admit I do too, a little too much. Aside from schoolwork and a little physical activity, occasional hanging out with friends, I'm on the computer. I started timing how many hours I stay on and it is a whole lot. Anyways, what do you do besides use the computer, video games, tv? I don't exactly like to read, which might be a popular thing. Well, I do, but on the internet; not legit books. I'd like to workout more, but I have issues in my legs and arms that I've been trying to heal for months. So that rules out running many miles and serious weightlifting.
Are you happy with your social status? I am friends with a bunch of people who are in different social statuses. I don't really fit it anywhere and I move around, so I guess I am in the middle. I would like to be in the upper middle, but its too hard for me :) . Hbu? I don't want to be very high up in the social status rankings because then I would be offered drugs and stuff.
Can someone help me with geometry and recursive patterns I understand how to find patterns like 2,4,6,8,10 and find the nth term. But my homework says find the next given terms given the recursive definition. The problem is: t(n) = [ t(n)-1 ] / 2 and t(1) = 80 I need to find t(2) t(3) and so on. I just plugged the number next to t in the formula, but I think I am doing something wrong. For t(2) I got 1/2 by doing [t(2) - 1 ] / 2 I don't understand how t(1) is 80 and how to do the rest of the t(n)'s. Thanks!

How important are you friends to you? Your experiences? They come and go, but some last for a lifetime. I value my friends. We do fun stuff. I want to say they are the most important people in my life, but I find it true that life could and may go on without them, but it would be a bit more lonely. How much money do you have and how much do you make? I have about $600 saved.I don't make any. I never really buy anything and I saved since I was younger. I buy lunch occasionally.I spend a little on movies because I don't go a lot and little on parties because I don't go a lot. The most expensive thing I bought was a nintendo ds lite :) .
