95 base dex missing monsters
Hey umm.. I have a lv 100 marauder and I'm missing lv 98 Mr. Anchor very rarely. This scares me because i already have a pathetically high base dex and i dont want to keep putting more on it. My total is 113 dex and my acc w/o buffs is 369. I want to know a way where i dont have to put anymore ap on dex. I dont want a dex overall though because mine has % str and i dont want to scroll either because im a bad scroller.

It might just be a glitch with that particular monster, or that monster might have abnormally large avoidability. At any rate you shouldn't be raising your DEX past what you need to for equips.

thats interesting.... but i think remember acutally missing mr.anchor at low hp and he didnt die. r u sure my acc is ok?

The lv is just one factor for calculating hit rate, u gotta take ACC and monster aviod into account too.
And for the glitch thing, is this true? Can u prove it in anyway? Like maybe show the source of the info?
for each level you are below the monster it's -5% chance of hitting it.
i have no idea how you are missing at 100 on a 98 monster.
i have 464 acc though lol.
