Looks like I've got lucky on creating this one, it's 4 above average on m.atk and came out potentialed, 3 lines instantly. Items needed: Eligos bloody rod recipe (craftable once, found from random recipe of pvp), 2 Lidium crystals, 8 Luk crystals, 30 Gallant emblems and 8 superior item crystals.
