Do I need these two things?
Do I NEED to have malwarebytes PRO and avg antivirus to stay fully protected or can I take off avg and keep malwarebytes pro and get good protection? I think if I remove avg then I can be a little less laggy here and there

Remove AVG.
Keep Malwarebytes and Windows Essentials.
I would get rid of AVG and keep the Malwarebytes. Do periodic scans with it and you'll be fine. AVG is a waste of hard drive space, IMO. Lol.

You don't need to do anything. Everyone's needs are based on what they wish to accomplish. You don't NEED to breathe, but you need to breathe IN ORDER to survive. So no, you do not objectively need anything.
