Could I solo V2 instructors?

I thought about putting this in the Mech section but this is just raw damage in general so yea
I hit about 300-400k per line on siege (7.2-9.6m 1v1 damage per second)
And about 700-999k per line on laser (2.8-4m mobbing damage per second)
Would I be able to solo the V2 Instructors? And do the Instructors have the 50% damage reduction like Emp/Pink Bean/Hilla/Abyss? Thanks
