Where could I find shielding wards?

I'm trying to finish my claw. I have 2 5-star EEs.
I know that you could only apply one.
I meant that I have a spare in case the first one fails.
I also want to note that I'm asking about either the cash shop version,
or the USE item if there is a way to obtain it.

Is it not possible to have over 15 stars? I assumed they can, because of the hacked cravens, but I suppose they patched it then.

11 then. There is no limit, only a limit to how long the shielding wards work for.

It's not fair if it added 5 stars. If someone had a 12 star item, it would bring it to 17 at a 50% chance.
It has the effect of setting the star count to 5
i used a 5 star AEE scroll on my 3 star dual bowgun but it failed...
but if it has the effect of destroying the item you r using it on, shouldnt it have the effect to add 5 more stars to any other existing stars?

That's a pretty nice claw. I'm glad to know you self-made it from your other thread. Anyways you can find Shielding Ward's in the next month or two when they come out again. They are currently not in the Cash shop.
I could've left out the ss, but I thought it might help. (Show off-ing)
Im pretty sure 5 star EE's only go up to 5 stars.. Meaning you can only get up to 5 stars
