Uhh... don't you get it as a prize in use tab after killing the enemy?

When they revamped the story line, they screwed up and messed up a few cards. Can't obtain. The end.
I'm not sure you can unless you did the original storyline. When that guy betrays you and tries to kill you. Probably have to wait for a new update on crusader. Again.
