so bought these 3l legendary shoes from someone
For warrior they were the special equip
"Has a 100% chance of having a better potential"
So it had crappy stats and I used these free cubes and I got it to 21% str

Hp9%
Str9%

There is a 100% success rate on all scrolls except enhancement scrolls.
