@GodofSIN55: We'll assume 230mil for a WS+50%pink total.
230,000,000x10 (MINIMUM AMOUNT OF 50%S NEEDED) is 2.3b. +300mil from a clean partisan is 2.6b.
It's cheaper to buy a pre scrolled partisan.
Prescrolled items are usually cheaper and a safer bet.
@distance perfected partisans are 18-2b, clean partisans r about 300m depending on ATK, and whites and 50% scrolls for 2nd weapon are about 115-120m each
