Hey everyone, firstly I'd like to start off by saying I know this isn't, so if bodybuilding, powerlifting, and/or general fitness doesn't interest you then please hit the back button and go back to the Anime section. There use to be a pretty big fitness community on Basil back when I would post (My last post on this account was exactly 1 year ago, October 2015). I thought that I would start a thread to see if anyone around is still lifting, hitting their macros, and making sick gains. Feel free to post your stats & goals in a similar format, I'd love to hear what other people's lifts are and what you're trying to achieve.

I'm now 25 years old, I've been lifting for about 6 years now. I consider myself more of a powerlifter than a bodybuilder since my main goal during training is strength rather than muscle growth, however I do supplement my workouts with a lot of hypertrophy as well.

At 185 lb bodyweight my big 3 are:

315 Benchpress
435 Squat
515 Deadlift

This is my current physique:

It's been awhile since I last checked my weight really. Mostly in due to not having a scale to use whatsoever~! While I'm not inherently exercising, me being a courtesy clerk does involve excessive cart pushing. In my case specifically I'm outside more longer than anyone else should be!

Those are my 1x5 stats, haven't tried maxing. A before/after of my latest bulk/cut:
I don't really powerlift or bodybuild. Mostly lift to stay in shape for basketball.

im at work right now so taking a nekkid pic isn't a good idea. I'll be back tho.

Edit: turns out I have a video of me deadlifting 405. The form is bad for my first time so don't tell me about it and skip to the end for the actual lifting part.;amp;

Well, actually it never is. 1) because it's not appropriate and 2) because nobody wants to see that unless you're a hot chick.

@carbyken I lost about 20 lbs. from being a courtesy clerk for 1.5 years (and not attempting to do any other exercise or diet). It's the only explanation to why I lost that weight.
I then lost 15 more lbs. this year from consuming fewer calories, and being a courtesy clerk again.

@fradddd: Good to hear! I guess depending on what location you work could vary greatly from the amount of work needed. The Kroger I work in is pretty big, and 3-4 days are usually ridiculously busy... And sadly because of that, a lot of said workers quit or get new jobs. Which in turn makes the leftovers more hours, which may cause them to do the same.

Thankfully I'm crazy, so I just decided to take the 50+ hours they throw at me when this happens. And gleefully smile and SHAPE UP myself to the bank~!

oooo, dis gonna be good. actually good its not on know what forum is there that wont accept this.

dunno what my weight is right now and not weighting in for 11 more days because i am on some extra vitmaines so no point in weighting in right now nothing anabolic just something to make things go faster.

im pretty beat yp so i dunno my D/S/B numbers other than knowing my bench is 270lbs

hope this thread does not die. gonna keep poping in daily
