This is from the kid's show those two other kids were talking about.
Actually, the face on that wold is actually from a popular, and I mean popular, Chinese kid's show. I've seen the show as it's on many channels and the merchandise is EVERYWHERE. Before you criticize me on watching a kid's show, the only other things on Chinese television is news or sappy soap operas that bore teens to death, so yeah say what you want. From what I've seen, the show is a comedic twist on the predator prey relationship between lambs and wolfs, with the wolf always failing somehow.
Back to the wolf's face, that's actually a common expression he has when he accomplishes something or laughs. That is usually before he fails, or gets smacked in the face by his wife's frying pan because he can't catch a lamb for her to eat.
