Skill Renting Question
Why do people put the Nebulites in crappy equips?
Why would I want to wear a junky pair of shoes just so I can use haste vs. my 15% dex shoes which give a huge damage increase?
It would be extremely inefficient to constantly switch between equips, so why do people waste the nebulites in junk items?
Am I missing something?

Edit: I just removed my Cannoneer's Boots and his Haste Skill was deactivated. How is that perm? Or is the perm just from Nebs or something?
