Did I screw up my phantom?
Soo i did the 2nd job and got my medal and skills, but my loadout only has the first 4 slots open from 1st job. Wasn't I supposed to get 4 more on the 2nd row once I job advanced?

Like person2999 said, you need at least a Level1 Impeccable Memory II
