I have hex 10 and i need to upgrade it. As you know no more quests so a monster drops the book does anyone know what monster drops this book?

You're level 156 and you didn't do the quests? I would have been maxing it by that level too.
No idea, try looking for sites with them? Maybe Hidden-Street...
Oh and btw I suggest maxing Hex buff immediately cuz the attack stacks with Dragon's Blood.
65 atk bonus when both are maxed.
