I have food poisoning, should I eat yet?

It's been almost a full day since I recently got food poisoning.
I'm starting to get an appetite meaning I'm getting better but the only thing I have to eat is ramen.
I still have diarrhea with slight stomach cramps.
I haven't ate anything since 8 a.m. the previous day (38 hours).
Now I'm no doctor and I've read that I should only eat fresh foods like bananas but would I able to eat ramen? Hence it's the only thing I have at the moment.
