After attending a class with a philosopher lecturer as a part of a university tour, I've realised their the real-life trolls. The questions they ask you and the way they do it is like nearly exactly the same as the internet counter-part.

I've learned the same thing about political science as well as sociology professors.
He had the ability to make everyone's opinions wrong yet he never gave a proper answer. =/
