I have been experiencing this problem from roughly 4:30 am PST today morning. I cannot see any messages on guild, alliance or expedition chat that are typed by any guild/alliance/expedition members except for those members who are in my buddy list.I can read their messages perfectly. Buddy and All chat are working just fine as well. This problem is only happening on my luminous and on all of my other characters all chats are working perfectly.
