I can't get my Evolving Ring 17
Yet, Gaga won't let me upgrade the ring... It's a reason why I made this thread: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1829622/0/Possible_to_have_more_than_one_Evolving_ring_17_in_account.html#.
But now I know that you can have more than one BB ring 17 on the same Nexon account, I wonder why I can't get another BB ring 17 on my Dark Knight. My Dawn Warrior has the BB ring 17 still and my Dark Knight can't even hand in his potion. From what I know, a good amount of people can't get their ring to become tradable because of this issue. I know people on the Nexon Forums are getting this issue, but what about you guys?
I just want to know if you have encountered the similar or same issue as I have (Which is that I can't hand in the potion to Gaga at all to get my ring upgraded and tradable) because I honestly want to get this last ring tradable and give my one extra to a friend.

Same....
I couldn't upgrade mines to 16, coz I had a 16 ring (tradeablce) from another character transferred to that acc inventory and Gaga thought I already upgraded leaving me with a potion and an untradeable 15 ring. I tried isolating the 15th untradeable ring and talking to Gaga, but it fails to work.
make sure that theres only one ring on the account when handing in the potion, and by one ring, i mean ONLY ONE RING (inventory/equipped)
dont transfer any rings into another character just yet after its leveld; if you did then keep the tradable one in the storage then hand in the potion with the untradable ring in your inventory
if you cant hand it in for some reason besides this...then let me get back to you. my 2nd ring is about to level xD

I dont quite get your question. I have 3 Lv 17 tradeable rings all from the same acc. (3 chars on 1 acc)
