Not getting emails from nexon.

Here's the deal: I've always had issues when logging on in two different accounts on a same day (even if the logins are hours apart), doing this has always resulted in me getting ip banned and any account I try to login into gets blocked (prompting me to change my password sending an email to the email account).

I usually avoid getting on more than one account because of this, but last wednesday I had to log into a mule.
My IP got blocked and yesterday I had to reset my main's password to play (I have the email adress and all the data). Today I got the same issue, my main got blocked and I got the message telling me to change my password again, as usual I clicked the "send email" button.

However, no matter how long I waited the email didn't come, so I tried sending it again... then again... with no sucess whatsoever.
By this point I was beyond annoyed and pissed off, now knowing the cause for this issue, so I decided to reset my password using my birthday and ID.
That password reset email never got to my inbox (yes, I checked my "junk" tabs and such, but the emails -if they got there- should be in my inbox, I got two emails yesterday and they're there)

I don't know what the hell am I supposed to do about this, I can't contact nexon and I lost the pam's song sale, for which I had been saving lots and lots of nx (that's what pisses me off the most, really). Can anyone help me with this?

Yeah, I kinda said I already checked on my spam box etc, I did a test to see if it was the actual email address that wasn't getting emails and sent one from another email account, it didn't take more than 10 seconds for it to appear in my inbox...
Also, I'm about to try and send another password reset email @-@
