@ZaberDT: Well it's not a pq in the normal sense. It's the dungeon you unlock at the end of the friendstory chapters. So if you haven't done those you need to complete all 5 episodes + the prequel and after that you will get another quest in there that lets you do the dungeon. The dungeon is also the only way to get enough needles to buy the chalk damage skin.

How do you get to Shinsoo PQ?

Actually, while this doesn't matter to most classes that can't safely afk in there (dark sight ftw), there doesn't seem to be a cap on the monsters alive at one time. The monsters spawn in set intervals non-stop until the timer runs out or the boss is dead. So in essence if you just afk and come back to kill them all, you'd get the same amount of exp as if you'd been constantly killing them the whole time.

If you have some time right now and patience, MP3 is a decent option at those levels
