General

scroll weapn with 50% 2hander pink scrolls. so its+ 10 then AEE it.
scroll a glove with gm scrolls, 27-32atk should be simple. preferably one you find with 3-6%str
buy 3-6% top bottom, shoes.
lots of 4% belts in fm. same goes with with 6-9% earrings
rings you should do fine with levelling for a gratias ring, evo 1-3 rings, angelic blessing, or crusader quest rings.
pendants are a bit tougher. sometimes you can find cheat 3% htp's in fm for 300-400. but for that cost you might as well go for a regular narcain pendant. easy to get and free.
czak should be decently easy to get. or scar targa as the others mentioned.

just use that as a guideline and revise it according to your budget and the deals you find along the way...

I hit 80ks on critical with a 16k clean range if that helps.

Hmm...I did say around.. Anywho, there is also another question for the TS: normal monsters or bosses? It's easier to do higher damage if it's on a boss monster (sac+boss damage%). Also, def ignore is another useful thing you can get from monster book sets. Im just rambling ideas around. I think these can help you to improve your damage range with DI a bit.

yess, i hit ~7xk crits with a 22k range

If you want to hit 75k critical per line, that would be around a 20k range I think. If it's not a critical, then it's 25k. To reach that, I suggest scrolling your spear with pink 50%/white scrolls and scroll an aee on it once you finished all the slots. That would give you 54 w. atk right there for your weapon. Cube the weapon once you are done to get a few more atk on it. Next, focus on the other equips (top, bottom, gloves, earrings, etc) and get str% potential lines on them.

also may i ask what pendent you are wearing? if your got a mon or Ht thats nice but if you can't afford it i would say the next best would be the R&J pendant i think only cause you may get a nice potential on it. also try getting some kenta goggles.

OT: So you're saying you want to hit 75k on average? With criticals?

I do around 80ks per hit with 31.6k range buffed and 30% ignore monster's defense. With every skill maxed except mw, mm and rush for 4th job.

i would've said weapon first when GM scrolls were abundant and cheap. But since they are no longer tradable, that's how I would upgrade;

craft 6+% earrings (and belt too, but belt can get annoying to craft a level 70+ one), get a scarlion/czak hat, get a glove with att on it (at least 8, preferrably more depending on your funding), and then work on your weapon with either 50%'s and ws, or 20%'s with ws's and prots.

and also, the cheapest way right now to improve your range is to craft earrings till you get 6% or higher earrings.

after that, i would say go grab a scarlion hat, or if you're willing to buy wheels and know people who can kill it quickly, czak helm.

lastly, upgrade your weapon; hopefully the 119 att spear has slots on it, other wise, you'd need to innocence scroll it, or get a new weapons because that's pretty badly scrolled.
