I have the items but I cannot host Cwkpq?
As stated in the title, I have both the Crimsonwood Keystone and the 12 Crimson Hearts. I also have 3 people in my party (level 200, 200 and 93). However, whenever talking to Jack, this message would appear: Only the leader of the party that consists of 3 or more members is eligible to become the Masteria PQ Squad Leader.
Is there something I'm missing here?

You do not need 2 of every class to become the Squad Leader. You need 2 of every class to enter the pq.
You definitely need the items.
I don't think you count as a third person honestly... Have you tried you and three others? And they all need to be online.

No. You have to have everyone. Why would you want to declare always? You lose all the stuff.

Weeeelll, first of all you need 2 of each class :SS
Second, i dont THINK you need the items i've hosted before and i didnt do no prequests/get items/etc.
