What's with Pokemon B/W's weird exp system? Has anyone else noticed this? This has happened to me twice now, although the first time I can't really remember the details. Anyway I was facing the 2nd gym leader for the first time. I used My Servine and I killed the gym leaders Herdier. Then She brought out her Watchdog and it killed my next 4 pokemon. I managed to kill it with my level 11 rockenrolla and got around 1175 exp. I decided I didn't want to waste the exp so I turned of my DS and did the battle again. This time I managed to kill both pokemon with my level 23 Servine without having to change pokemon at all. However I noticed I only got 800 exp. Does anyone know when/why the implented this weird exp system where lower leveled pokemon
Question about Pokemon B/W Abilities I've got a question about the special ability [i]Rivalry[/i]. Serebi.net states that it raises the attack of your Pokemon if you're facing a Pokemon of the same gender, but lowers your attack if the opponents Pokemon is the other gender. Every other source I checked only said that it raises your attack if your opponents Pokemon is the same gender. The in game description also states only raising the attack if it's the same gender. Serebi is a very good trustworthy site but I just to make sure if it is right or wrong? Thanks :)
